You might be thinking, I’m not an artist or an inventor, so how does this has to do with me or relate to me? The truth is that, you don’t have to be a creator to be part of the IP conversation. When you support original work, avoid piracy, or even just credit someone properly, you’re helping protect the spirit of creativity. And who knows? One day, you might come up with an idea worth protecting.

World Intellectual Property Day is more than a date on the calendar and it’s a global reminder that every idea has value. It teaches us that creativity deserves protection, and innovation deserves encouragement. Whether you're a student, a future entrepreneur, or simply someone who appreciates original work, you have a role to play in supporting a culture that respects and protects ideas.

Let’s continue to inspire, to support, and to believe in the power of human creativity. Because one protected idea today could change the world tomorrow.
